hell yeah!
my first movie review of the yet-to-be-released thriller STAY ALIVE.
well, how the HELL did I get to watch this movie then?!!!! (wink)

ok ok, now the review of the movie.





After the murder of a friend, Hutch and his gaming posse, comprised of Abigail, Swink, Miller,
October and Phineus, get together and play "Stay Alive", an underground video game that their recently deceased friend had been playing, and has now passed on to them. The plot of the game is based on truth, as the group soon uncovers. It's the story of Elizabeth Bathory, a.k.a. the Bloody Countess, and how she killed young girls, bathing in their blood in order to stay young. She was punished for this by being walled up in her bedroom for life, and now she seeks revenge. The group thinks it's all fun and games, until they realize that when you die in the game, you die for real. One by one they are murdered, in the same way they are murdered in the game. It's up to the remaining friends to find a way to stop the Bloody Countess and stay alive.


wee, sounds like a cool movie isn't it. But while i rate this movie a mere 3 out of five stars.
The storyline is an interesting one, and for those who likes horror or thriller movies that MIGHT(haha) scares you,then this is one of it. The suspense and creepy moments were there, but some of them might be too predictable. ( the ''boss'' was too easy man)

as for why only 3 stars then? well, the movie leaves a impression that lots of loopholes and question marks were left hanging over my head after the movie, some of the plot are too undetailed and it shows the next scene straightaway. the movie however, does provide a few laughing moment that made me go hahaha.

so yup the game is really gonna be made into a game! haha now watthehell am i talking?!

oh ya just some tidbits for ya all. the so called ''boss'' in the movie, Elizabeth Bathory, was actually a real person. she actually killed hundreds and hundreds of young girls and drank their blood in order to maintain her beauty.(omg!!) yup a real living vampire who has royal blood.
